Wrap Around Wellness Group

WRAP is an evidence-based self-help tool that lets you take charge of your own thoughts and feelings, enabling you to meet your own goals and targets. By recognising what actions and experiences keep you well, as well as those things that have a negative effect on our lives, it is possible to plan your response to such triggers and lessen or eliminate altogether their effect on you.

We run a 12 week rolling WRAP course, which includes an introduction to WRAP and moves through the programme ending with your completed plan. There is then the opportunity to join the WRAP peer group for some informal support from others who have completed the course.

These sessions are ran on Monday 10:00AM-12:30PM.
