Women’s Wellbeing Group

Calling all women aged 18+!

Come and join us every Wednesday 12:30PM – 2PM for a safe and welcoming place to meet new people and discover activities to help with your mental health and wellbeing.

Join us and engage in a range of activities aimed at promoting the mental and physical well-being of its members, such as meditation, mindful relaxation, nutrition advice, and Reiki, to name but a few! Learn about the services available to you, e.g. food banks (we can issue food vouchers), Nottingham City Council Welfare Rights and Disability Support.

The group facilitator has many years of experience delivering similar groups and services both within the NHS and the voluntary sector (and she's really nice too!).
